Terms of Service
These terms govern individual access to PublicView’s public pages and paid research workspace. By creating an account or starting a trial, you agree to them.

Accounts
You must be at least 18, provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access. Accounts are individual in version one and may not be shared or resold.
Trial and recurring subscription
PublicView Pro costs $9.99 USD per month, plus applicable taxes. A new paid subscription begins with a three-day trial and requires a valid card. Unless canceled before the displayed trial end, you authorize Stripe to charge $9.99 plus applicable taxes on the first-charge date shown during checkout and monthly thereafter until canceled. Daily product usage limits remain in effect during trials and paid access.
Cancellation and payment failure
You may cancel through the customer portal. Cancellation normally takes effect at the recorded end of the trial or current paid period; access continues until that confirmed date. A past-due subscription may lose workspace access immediately. Refunds are not automatic or prorated. The separate Cancellation & Refund Policy is part of these terms.
Permitted use
You may use PublicView for lawful personal or professional research. You may not evade access or usage controls, share accounts, scrape protected interfaces, reverse engineer the service, introduce malicious code, interfere with other users, misuse third-party data, or use PublicView in violation of law or third-party rights.
Research tool; no financial advice
PublicView provides research software and automated summaries, not investment, legal, accounting, or tax advice. Information can be incomplete, delayed, or incorrect. Verify source filings and consult qualified professionals before making decisions. You remain responsible for how you use the information.
Availability and changes
We may modify features, providers, limits, or pricing prospectively; perform maintenance; or suspend access needed to protect the service. We will provide legally required notice of material subscription changes. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every filing, alert, or generated response will be error-free.
Ownership
PublicView and its licensors retain rights in the software, design, branding, and compiled service. Source filings and third-party data remain subject to their respective rights and terms. You retain rights in content you submit and grant us the limited permission needed to process it and provide the service.
Disclaimers and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided “as is” and without implied warranties. PublicView is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or investment losses arising from use of the service. Any mandatory rights and liability limits under applicable law remain unaffected.
Termination and updates
You may stop using PublicView at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for material breach, abuse, legal requirements, or risk to the service. We may update these terms and will identify the revision date; continued use after an effective update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
